The details

Erectile dysfunction is a common problem that can affect men of all ages. Drugs called PDEis such as sildenafil (Viagra) are often used to treat ED. However, some men may not respond to this treatment or have side effects. Mirabegron is a drug that may work on receptors in the bladder and penis to help with OAB symptoms and ED. It is necessary to test the safety and effectiveness of this drug.

The main outcome to be measured is a change in erectile function over time. Improvement in bladder function will also be measured.

Participants should not have a history of unwanted, painful erections, chronic kidney disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or liver impairment.

How will it work

All participants will recieve mirabegron once daily for 12 weeks. Questionnaires will be used to measure the outcomes every 2 weeks for 12 weeks.
