This study compared the occurrence of infections and identified their risk factors in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) that were treated with tofacitinib (Xeljanz) against those given a tumor necrosis factor inhibitor (TNFi). The data showed that serious and non-serious infections were higher in patients that received tofacitinib compared to a TNFi.

The study evaluated the effectiveness of massage therapy for chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) in patients with breast and gastrointestinal (GI) cancer. The main finding of the study was that intensive massage therapy 3 times a week showed promising results in these patients.

The study evaluated the effectiveness and safety of Q-122, a new non-hormonal oral treatment for menopausal symptoms in women with breast cancer taking hormonal therapy. The study found that Q-122 is effective and safe in treating menopausal symptoms in these patients.

The study found that joint mobility exercise (JME) combined with progressive resistance exercise (PRE) showed promising results in improving QOL and lymphedema after BC surgery.

The study concluded that PE programs do have a positive impact on BC survivors’ HRQoL, physical fitness, and body composition.

The study evaluated the effectiveness of vaginal laser therapy (VL) and hyaluronic acid suppositories (HAS) in women with urogenital atrophy after having breast cancer (BC) treatment. The data found that both VA therapy and HAS were equally effective in treating urogenital atrophy in these patients.

The study evaluated the effectiveness of reducing cardiovascular events (CVE) with immunomodulatory (IM) in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The main finding was that IM showed improvements in vascular inflammation in this group of patients.
