Looking for patients with metastatic colorectal cancer to take part in a study of a chemotherapy/antibody combination treatment
The aim of this trial is to measure the safety and effectiveness of different doses of IMMU-130, a new treatment for metastatic colorectal cancer (cancer that has spread beyond the colon or rectum to other areas of the body). The outcomes of this study will include the number of adverse (negative) events that occur during treatment and the follow-up period, the response of the tumor to the treatment (such as change in size), and the time to disease progression (such as growth of a tumor) following treatment.
