These posts regarding ovarian cancer ALWAYS mention BRCA1 and BRCA2. They NEVER mention Lynch Syndrome. What’s the problem????!!! (I suspect funding issues.)

I have an ovarian cyst on my ovary,I had l hysterectomy,partial. I had an oncologist examine it but everything was negative.How often should I have it checked??? Thank You
